4 Chicken Fillets
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp corriander
1 tsp cummin
2 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp Red Curry Powder
2 oz creamed coconut
3 tbs ground coconut
1 Chicken Stock Cube
1/3rd jar of Passata
Saute onions and peppers in ghee.
Add chicken fillets and cook for 5 mins.
Mix creamed coconut block with a little water and add to chicken
along with all other ingredients.
Add a little water if required.
Cook for 20 mins.
Makes a lovely Chicken Jalfrezi that is easy to cook
and is one of the more traditional recipes.
